    The other day, I was going through podcasts by 'Stuff You Should Know,' and saw this question. It intrigued me because it had the potential to be quite philosophical. After pondering it for a while, I arrived to my conclusion that the CONCEPT of math was invented, but math itself was discovered.      One of the reasons that I believe it was discovered is because it just seems narcissistic to say that it was man made.   Dizigui is one of the major scriptures in Chinese culture by Li Yuxiu. It is based upon the teachings of the ancient philosopher, Confucius. It emphasises how children should treat their elders and what is expected of them. Some of these lessons include- never being lazy, not leaving your parent's bed should they fall ill, and trying the medicine to make sure it won't poison them.
